Returns Policy

Returns Checklist:

1: Customers may return, at their cost, any item EXCEPT gas, electrical, tools, or special-order parts within 30 days of receiving your order if not entirely satisfied with your purchase. If your order was shipped, you have 30 days from the date you received said order.

2: All returns are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 25%.

  • Normal stocking items need no prior approval to be returned, provided the criteria below are met.

3: Special order items must be paid for ahead of ordering and cannot be returned. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.

  • Most of our suppliers do not allow returns. Therefore, special ordered parts are not eligible for return. If you wish to know a part’s status (stocked, nonstock/special order, etc.), please ask before placing your order. You can contact us at dwd@appliancepartsforless.com.

4: Requests to cancel non-stock/special ordered parts may be denied.

  • In order to cancel your order for a non-stock/special ordered part, we must be able to cancel with our supplier. If the item is in transit to us, we may not be able to honor your request to cancel.

5: All returned parts must be new and unused.

  • Any item having been returned for credit that shows any signs of use or installation will be rejected. Items will be disposed of, and no credit will be issued.

6: All returned parts must be in their original packaging.

  • Packaging must be in acceptable and resalable condition.
  • Packaging must be in its original factory sealed packaging.
  • There should be no new writing or markings on the packaging.
  • Any item not meeting these criteria will be rejected for credit or assessed at a restocking fee, depending on the packaging condition.

7: All returned parts should be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice.

8: If the product being returned has an error on behalf of Appliance Parts for Less, we will provide return shipping information and cover return shipping costs. All other returns will be at the customer’s expense.

We take pride in our ability to service you and provide accurate information. In the event we fail to do this, and you receive an incorrect part due to our mistake, we will take care of getting you a replacement part, or credit, if you so desire.

Unauthorized Returns

Any purchase returned to Appliance Parts Less without an authorization number, without proper packaging or paperwork or later than 30 days from the original date of shipment are considered unauthorized returns. Refused shipments during delivery are also considered an unauthorized return. Note: All gas and electrical items purchased from Appliance Parts for Less cannot be returned.
