Terms & Conditions
Warranties
Appliance Parts for Less warranties for all parts 90 days from the original shipping date. After 90 days, the part may carry a warranty from the manufacturer (most warranties last close to a year). All properly returned warranties will be processed immediately unless it is required to be inspected by the manufacturer itself.
When it comes to “Date-Coded Warranties,” the customer is responsible for inspecting all elements of the product before they install or have it installed. If the date code falls outside of the manufacturer’s warranty period, we cannot accept it.
Shipping Damage
UPS & FedEx Damage
In the event that you receive an item that was damaged by UPS or FedEx, please notify us immediately. The damage must be reported within 7 days of receiving the part(s).
We will file a claim with UPS or FedEx. UPS or FedEx may elect to pick up the damaged item, so please keep the damaged item on hand along with the original packaging until we contact us or the item is picked up by UPS or FedEx.
***Please note that there are several items such as glass cooktops, panels, tubs, etc. that are highly fragile and prone to damage when shipped to UPS and FedEx. ***
Images and Photos
Images and photos on this website are for general information purposes only, and actual items may be slightly different than depicted. Images are gathered from manufacturers and other sources. We do our best to ensure that the images are accurate; however, with unknown changes by manufacturers and other factors beyond our control, sometimes errors can occur.
When it comes to parts being replaced by a new version, we go by lists provided to us by the manufacturers. Sometimes minute details change or nothing at all. You can check your model number and ensure it is the right part by searching on our site.
If you have any questions or concerns about your replacement being the correct part, please feel free to call one of our locations or email dwd@appliancepartsforless.com. We will do our best to make sure you get the correct replacement and answer any questions you may have.

Core Charges & Returns
Certain appliance parts can be recycled and remanufactured for future use. These parts have a “core charge” that is used as a deposit on the portion of the part that can be reused. The reason for this charge is to encourage the return of your old part. When the recyclable component from your old part is returned to us, the charge will be refunded to you.
The core charge you pay when you purchase a replacement part will be reimbursed to you when you return the core (either in store, or via shipment, at your cost). For example, if you purchase a control board, you will be charged X amount for the core. Once you return the core, you will be reimbursed for that amount.
- The core return must be received within 60 days of the purchase date of your part.
- The core returned MUST be the same type and size as the part purchased.
- The product must be returned in the same box in which your part was delivered to be able to receive your refund.
- All original labels must be intact and visible.
