Direct Inject Refrigerant Leak Sealant

This sealant formula has been successfully sealing leaks for over 20 years, combined with the redesigned, larger direct inject, the newest injects are the best in the industry. With 2.5 times the sealing power of a standard 20-101, the Max Seal Ultra will permanently seal leaks in 2-10 ton units. No need to pump down the system, the direct inject system allows easy pass through for even high-pressure refrigerants like R410a. Max Seal Ultra works with all oils and refrigerants (excluding ammonia)and won't clog TXV or cap tubes.

Directions for Use:

1. Turn the A/C system on and verify the unit is running. Connect the inject to the low-side service port of the system. (This is generally the large line.)
   
2. Connect the manifold refrigerant hose to the refrigerant supply tank. Verify the high and low side valves on the manifold are closed before proceeding. Purge the low-pressure hose when connecting to the inject.
   
   
3. Open the low-side valve and watch for the tube to clear. (This will ONLY take a few seconds!) Turn off the low-side manifold valve as soon as the tube is clear. Turn off the refrigerant gas. Verify the system is charged to the Manufacturer’s specifications! Disconnect the low-side hose from the inject. Install service port cap. Run the A/C unit at least one hour after installing the inject.
